I work with individuals who want to improve their physical and mental health, lose weight, and feel confident in their bodies.
I am passionate about supporting people on their health journeys, using a holistic approach to mental health, and my extensive knowledge and experience in nutrition and lifestyle management to guide them toward meaningful, lasting change.

My Journey

I am a Certified Practicing Nutritionist and a Mindset Coach specialising in holistic health and functional nutrition. With a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and a diploma in Life Coaching and Conscious Hypnosis, I bring an integrative approach to wellness, merging science-based nutrition with mindfulness and lifestyle strategies.
Guided by my personal experiences of healing and transformation, I embrace the philosophy that “food is medicine.” I’m passionate about helping others achieve optimal health by addressing the root causes of their concerns. My approach focuses on nutrient-dense whole foods and personalised lifestyle plan tailored to each individual’s needs.
I work with clients across various health issues, including mental health, weight management, hormonal imbalances, gut health, diabetes, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, longevity and healthy aging.

Since 2011, I’ve supported clients in making meaningful, sustainable health changes. My approach emphasises the mind-body connection and the importance of balanced living, encouraging clients to nourish their bodies, uplift their minds, and create lasting habits that truly transform their lives.
